While we are always glad to have you worship with us on Sundays, it is our desire that you wouldn’t just attend Southwest and worship in a row, but also become a part of a circle (or a small group as we call it). Our small groups are individuals who meet regularly in someone’s home or at our worship facility who have recognized life is meant to be lived in community, not alone. These small groups are where relationships are fostered, where we are given a chance to really become family, and oftentimes where we grow the most spiritually.

If you see a small group you are interested in, then please contact the small group leader or you can fill out the form nearby and you will be contacted by someone from the church to assist you in finding a small group for you to join.

Led by the SWCC Staff- Held every Tuesday morning @ 10am at the church office. (2116 Lynnbrook Dr.  Austin, TX 78748). This small group studies various books of the bible in depth. Led by Fred Brown - Held at the Church building every Wednesday at 6:30 pm, this small group is exploring practical ways to live as Christ followers in a "Post-Christian" world. This class is open to adults of all ages. A Children's class is also provided during this time. Contact Fred Brown for more information. 

Led by Jesse Medina - Held at the Church building every Wednesday at 6:30 pm, this small group is taking a deep dive in the topic that was covered on Sunday morning.. A Children's class is also provided during this time.  Contact Paul Diaz for more information. 

Led by Paul Diaz, Sr. - This study,  geared towards mature adults and empty nest parents, meets every other Wednesday at 6:30 pm at the Diaz house. This study takes a deep dive into various books of the bible.   Contact Paul Diaz, Sr. for more information.

Led by Paul & Jill Diaz - Meets 1x each month. This small group is for couple  early in their marriage or with small children. We spend our time exploring what God has to say about marriage and parenting.  The location of this group rotates monthly and child care is not typically provided. Each Sunday morning we offer mens, woman's, and children's/youth classes @ 9:15am. Each group starts with a time of prayer before diving into a book of the bible or a relevant topic.  We love our worship time, but this hour allows for greater conversations, questions, and fellowship. If you have trouble getting away during the week for a small group, this is a great option for deeper growth.

Young Adults Group - Meets at the Church building every Thursday at 6:30 pm at our worship facility. Open to any college student or young adult aged 18–35. Contact the church office  for more information.

Young Men's Bible Study & Game Night - Join us each Friday evening a 6:30pm at the church office (2116 Lynnbrook Dr. Austin, TX 78748) for dinner, bible study, and some games. This group is open to any male under 30 years old. Contact the church office for more information.

Meets every Friday at 6:00 pm at our worship facility. Open to everyone who loves dominoes and/or card games. Contact Julie Hertenberger for more information.
